Policy

Image Quality and Quantity

  • MegaShots does everything possible to provide you with the highest quality photographs possible. However, due to the nature of the sports photography, we are continually challenged by lighting conditions and are limited in our use of artificial lighting by rules of the league we shoot for.
  • Megashots also tries very hard to get a fair representation of all the participants. But because we tend to follow the action, some players may be better represented than others. Don't be afraid to ask for more! By telling MegaShots of your interest before or during an event, we can make sure to get enough photos of your player.

Ordering Policy

  • The pictures you see online are the "raw" images, just as the camera captures them. All ordered photos will be cropped, color balanced, and light balanced prior to printing.
  • We reserve the right to crop your photo as our expertise dictates. Cropping depends on several issues - essential content of the photo, proportions of the size ordered (short & fat versus long & skinny), and the type of product ordered. If there is a certain portion of the photo you want to preserve (i.e. a sibling in the background), please note the request in the comments section of the order form.

Ordering Multi-image and Personalized Products

  • When ordering multi-image and personalized products, please select the main image as the product. When you proceed to the shopping cart, select "add product details." A questionnaire will prompt you for additional photos and graphics information you would like to include. You have the opportunity to correct items or change items prior to the final check-out.
  • Please double check your spelling and punctuation for accuracy. MegaShots will not be held liable for any errors on your order. Additionally, MegaShots will not print any graphic requests that appear to be innapropriate or derogatory.
